グリセロール-3-リン酸オキシダーゼ（glycerol-3-phosphate oxidase）は、グリセロリン脂質代謝酵素の一つで、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。反応式の通り、この酵素の基質は"sn"-グリセロール3-リン酸とO、生成物はグリセロンリン酸とHOである。補因子としてFADを用いる。組織名は"sn"-glycerol-3-phosphate:oxygen 2-oxidoreductaseで、別名にglycerol phosphate oxidase, glycerol-1-phosphate oxidase, glycerol phosphate oxidase, -α-glycerophosphate oxidase, α-glycerophosphate oxidase, -α-glycerol-3-phosphate oxidaseがある。
