坂田 一郎（さかた いちろう）は、元経産官僚。東京大学教授。専門は、エネルギー・サステナビリティ・ナノテクノロジー・情報科学領域を中心としたイノベーション政策、技術経営、地域クラスター、産業政策論、コネクター・ハブ理論、情報・ウェブ工学を用いた意思決定支援など。1989年 東京大学経済学部卒、同年通商産業省（現、経済産業省）入省（現在は退官）。経済産業政策局政策企画官等を経て現職。現在、東京大学大学院工学系研究科教授、技術経営戦略学専攻長、総長特任補佐、工学部システム創成学科兼担、工学系研究科総合研究機構イノベーション政策研究センター長、電力ネットワーク総括寄付講座共同代表、政策ビジョン研究センターセンター長等を務める。大学外では、文部科学省科学技術・学術審議会専門委員、内閣府地方創生に資する科学技術イノベーションタクスフォース構成員、荒川区教育委員、経済産業研究所(RIETI)コンサルティングフェロー、欧州のサステナビリティの学会の科学アドバイザーメンバー、国土審議会特別委員、稼げる国土専門委員長等を務める。日経新聞「経済教室」に科学技術政策や情報政策等で執筆、ＮＨＫスペシャル「日本逆襲のシナリオⅡ」、「震災ビックデータⅡ」等に出演。1997年 ブランダイス大学より国際経済・金融学修士号、2003年 東京大学より博士号（工学）を取得。2013年1月〜2014年8月まで復興庁参与。H.
