preQシンターゼ（preQ synthase）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。反応式の通り、この酵素の基質は7-アミノメチル-7-カルバグアニンとNADP、生成物は7-シアノ-7-カルバグアニンとNADPHである。組織名は7-aminomethyl-7-carbaguanine:NADP oxidoreductaseで、別名にYkvM、QueF、preQ reductase、preQ oxidoreductase、7-cyano-7-deazaguanine reductase、7-aminomethyl-7-carbaguanine:NADP oxidoreductase、queuine synthase (incorrect as queuine is not the product)、queuine:NADP oxidoreductase (incorrect as queuine is not the product)がある。
