ピリドキサール-5'-リン酸シンターゼ(pyridoxal 5'-phosphate synthase)は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。反応式の通り、基質はピリドキサミン-5'-リン酸とHOとO、生成物はピリドキサール-5'-リン酸とNHとHOである。反応式の通り、基質はピリドキシン-5'-リン酸とO、生成物はピリドキサール-5'-リン酸とHOである。組織名はpyridoxamine-5'-phosphate:oxygen oxidoreductase (deaminating)で、別名にpyridoxamine 5'-phosphate oxidase, pyridoxamine phosphate oxidase, pyridoxine (pyridoxamine)phosphate oxidase, pyridoxine (pyridoxamine) 5'-phosphate oxidase, pyridoxaminephosphate oxidase (EC 1.4.3.5: deaminating), PMP oxidase, pyridoxol-5'-phosphate:oxygen oxidoreductase (deaminating) (incorrect), pyridoxamine-phosphate oxidase, PdxHがある。
