アデニリル硫酸レダクターゼ（adenylyl-sulfate reductase）は、セレノアミノ酸、硫黄代謝酵素の一つで、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。反応式の通り、この酵素の基質はAMPと亜硫酸と受容体、生成物はアデニリル硫酸と還元型受容体である。組織名はAMP,sulfite:acceptor oxidoreductase (adenosine-5'-phosphosulfate-forming)で、別名にadenosine phosphosulfate reductase、adenosine 5'-phosphosulfate reductase、APS-reductase、APS reductase、AMP, sulfite:(acceptor) oxidoreductase (adenosine-5'-phosphosulfate-forming)がある。
