カンファー-5-モノオキシゲナーゼ（camphor 5-monooxygenase）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。この酵素の基質は(+)-カンファー、プチダレドキシン、Oで、生成物は(+)-"exo"-5-ヒドロキシカンファー、酸化型プチダレドキシンとHOである。補因子としてヘムを用いる。組織名は(+)-camphor,reduced putidaredoxin:oxygen oxidoreductase (5-hydroxylating)で、別名にcamphor 5-"exo"-methylene hydroxylase、2-bornanone 5-"exo"-hydroxylase、bornanone 5-"exo"-hydroxylase、camphor 5-"exo"-hydroxylase、camphor 5-exohydroxylase、camphor hydroxylase、d-camphor monooxygenase、methylene hydroxylase、methylene monooxygenase、-camphor-"exo"-hydroxylase、camphor methylene hydroxylaseがある。
